Quick And Healthy Breakfast Recipes

One of my favorite healthy breakfast recipes would have to be oatmeal. This high-fiber breakfast keeps you full for longer and it's super fast and easy to make if you're on the go.
Ingredients:
1 cup of plain rolled oats
1/2 cup of chopped strawberries or fruit of your choice
1/2 cup of Califia Farms coconut almond milk blend
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of unsalted almonds or pecans
Instructions:
Mix the oats, milk, and cinnamon together in a bowl then microwave them for one to two minutes. Add the fruit and nuts of your choice.
Another one of my favorite breakfasts would be yogurt bowls.
Yogurt has endless benefits and tons of natural probiotics perfect for a nutrient-filled breakfast. Pairing this with fruit, chia seeds, and some granola will leave you feeling energized and ready for the day.
Ingredients:
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
1 Tbsp of flaxseeds
1/4 cup of granola
1/2 cup of blueberries and or strawberries
Instructions:
Put the yogurt in a bowl and add your fruit, seeds, and granola.
