We can all agree that Euphoria has been one of the best teen-oriented Tv shows in the last couple of years. Not only did Euphoria shed light on the real issues that teens are struggling with, but also started a wave of new fashion. It created many different styles that can correspond with all kinds of people, from Maddy's sexy yet over the top style to Jules's soft and angelic style.

Although Euphoria is perceived as a show targeted towards teens, it has a very vast age range audience. This has led to the widespread of the show's fashion style. So why is Euphoria's fashion influence important, you may ask? Well, not only does it diversify trends, but it also encourages women to take risks, which is something that I've always advocated for when it came time for fashion choices.
In today's present fashion market it is really easy to look the same. Many girls shop at the same department stores like Brandy Melville, Topshop, Nasty Gal, Urban Outfitters, and Misguided. Even though these shops have some great pieces, they make it very easy to run into someone who is wearing the same top as you. Fashion was created to be able to turn heads not blend into crowds!
This in turn has led many women to start thrifting. When thrifting, you can find many vintage items, and if you know how to sew you're practically golden. What Euphoria fashion is trying to convey is that you don't need to conform and you can be yourself by creating your unique style. We see that diversity through every character's wardrobe and how it matches their storyline. The fashion looks primarily represent the Gen Z fashion sense, which will forever leave a mark in the fashion industry.
Euphoria's makeup has also played an active role in the fashion world, as designers are emphasizing the correlation between wardrobe and makeup. The signature glitter and rhinestone eye makeup paired with vibrant colors can elevate a whole look, and designers are catching on.
Overall not only was Euphoria extremely entraining but also a trendsetting show. As excited as I am for the second season plot, I also cannot wait to see some fashion looks from my favorite yet problematic teens.
