1. Ice Collagen Booster

Ice has been one of the oldest beauty tricks to ever exist. This magical little cube of frozen water can reduce under-eye puffiness, dark circles, face swelling, acne appearance, and it can also minimize pores. Ice is also an amazing way to keep your skin looking fresh, glowy, and young because it increases collagen production. Actress Marilyn Monroe, one of the world's most beautiful women, was a huge advocate for ice baths and would often do them to tighten her skin. You can implement this into your nightly skin routine by rubbing a cube of ice onto your freshly cleansed face for a couple of minutes or using a face roller after leaving it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

2. Coconut Oil Moisturizer

While many say coconut oil will clog your pores and cause acne, that is simply not true. Coconut oil contains lauric acid, a natural antiseptic, which essentially lowers levels of acne-causing bacteria and reduces inflammation. Coconut oil also contains antioxidants such as Vitamin E and Vitamin A which both help with anti-aging. Not only is coconut oil good for your face, but also for moisturizing your body and hair. Use a small amount on your skin after cleansing for glowing moisturized skin. You can also use it as a lotion substitute or hair mask.

3. Baking Soda Scrub

Getting rid of dead skin and clogged pores is something every girl struggles with, but with the help of the number one item you already have in your pantry, it has never been easier. Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with some water to make a paste, then after cleansing your face, open up your pores with some warm water and apply the scrub. Gently scrub your face in a circular motion for one to two minutes, then rinse with cold water to close your pores. Make sure you do this no more than once a week especially if you have dry skin.

4. Vaseline Primer & Highlighter

Striving for a dewy skin look? Use vaseline! Now don't get me wrong I know putting a thick substance like vaseline on your skin could be appalling, but if you're going for a natural makeup look, vaseline is your new best friend. Apply a little bit of vaseline on your cheekbones and you will have a perfectly natural everyday look. If you want your eyeshadow to pop and look more pigmented, simply add some vaseline on your eyelids before applying your eyeshadow.

5. SPF

Protecting your skin is super pivotal in the long run. Making sure that your skin has minimal exposure to UV rays is what's going to keep your skin looking younger for longer. Every day before applying your foundation and moisturizer, make sure to apply a generous amount of sunscreen.
